We are now able to offer face to face consultations again in line with government guidelines.  The safety of our customers is our primary concern and we have health and safety procedures in place, including appropriate PPE to protect you and your family during our visit.  We are also still offering virtual consults via Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp video or Facebook video should you prefer.

 

We are still offering virtual consultations as well as face to face ones which can be done done via online conferencing (we can be in your home without actually having to be there - all you need is a smartphone or tablet!) Measure-up walk throughs.  Via online conferencing we can take you step by step through the very simple process of measuring your room. Design diagrams, ideas and catalogues will be emailed to you and followed up by another virtual consultation.

 

Kitchens and bedrooms take between 6-8 weeks to be delivered.    If needed we can hold the fitting until we come out the other side of this crisis…OR…..if you have ordered a kitchen and you currently have a kitchen that can be accessed directly from the outside of your property then we can offer an alternative to fit as soon as it has been delivered.  We can seal the kitchen from the rest of the house and enter directly into the kitchen, never having to come into contact with your or your family.  Once the work is complete, your brand new kitchen will be completely sanitised by masked and gloved staff to ensure your beautiful new kitchen is completely clean.  All our fitters have training in PPE and all installations can be done with our customers health and safety in mind.

 

 

If you're wondering what the options are, and if you can get what you want out of your space - or you'd like to get some advice on blinds & shutters - then our FREE Basic Consultation could be ideal.  Your appointment will take around 45 minutes.  We'll meet you at the property so that you can show us the space and we can chat through what you'd like the space to do for you.  We'll then be able to give you some ideas on what your options are.  Our talented designers  will be able to come up with innovative solutions and clever designs to get the very most from even the smallest and most awkward of spaces!  If you like our design ideas you can then invite us back for an In-Depth Planning Consultation where we will measure up and produce drawings for you (see below). 

 

 

If you are ready to explore the specifics of what you want from your new kitchen or bedroom then our In-Depth Planning Consultation will be what you're looking for.  This consult can take up to 2 hours.  We'll meet you at the property so that you can show us the space and we can chat through what your priorities are.  We'll bring a range of brochures and photos with us to give you some ideas and inspirations - and so we can see what your tastes are.  We'll be able to give you some initial ideas of what we could do with the space - our designers are very talented when it comes to creating innovative solutions and clever designs to get the very most from even the smallest and most awkward of spaces!  Once we've hit upon a design brief that really appeals to you we'll measure up the space.  Back at the office we'll create 3D drawings of the bespoke design options we've come up for you which we'll then send across and talk you through.  These designs are yours to keep and do with as you will. 

 

Consultation Payment - Payment for the consultation will be due at the end of our meeting with you.  We are able to take credit and debit cards or you can make a bank transfer or pay by cash  if you'd prefer.  Of course, if you decide to go ahead and order your design to be implemented then we will refund the full cost of the consultation to you!
